If your next flight passes through Changi Airport, don’t just wait—explore Singapore for free! The airport now offers four complimentary city tours for eligible transit passengers. In just 2.5 hours, you can get a glimpse of Sentosa Island, Marina Bay, Chinatown, Singapore River, and more—all at zero cost!

🛫 Who Can Join the Free Singapore Tours?

You’re eligible if:

  • You're a transit or transfer passenger at Changi.

  • Your checked baggage is tagged to your final stop.

  • Your layover is between 5.5 and 24 hours.

  • Your arrival and departure timings match the tour schedule.

  • You haven’t cleared immigration (you must stay in the transit area).

📍 How to Register for the Free Tour

Pre-book online (up to 50 days in advance) or register at the Free Singapore Tour booths inside Changi Airport’s transit area:

  • Terminal 2 (Near Gate F50): 8 AM – 6 PM

  • Terminal 3 (Near Gate A1-A8): 8 AM – 6 PM

Required documents:

  • Passport

  • Boarding passes

  • Tour confirmation

  • Visa (if needed under your nationality)

🎒 Baggage Rules Before the Tour

Large bags, alcohol, and duty-free items must be stored at baggage counters inside the transit zone (fees apply). You must carry your electronics with you.

Enjoy beaches, scenic views, and Resorts World Sentosa. Walk through Sensoryscape, and optionally watch the Wings of Time fireworks (extra charge).

Visit the Civic District, Merlion, Marina Bay Sands, and pass by Gardens by the Bay. Add a ride on the garden cruiser if you wish.

3. 🚤 Singapore River & Marina Bay Tour

Stroll along the famous Singapore River and explore Marina Bay Sands. Optionally take a river cruise (paid upgrade).

4. 🏮 Heritage & Culture Tour

Step into the heart of Chinatown and Kampong Gelam. Admire traditional homes and explore local life. A 1950s living gallery experience is available for an additional fee.
